Growing processing grade organic tomatoes is no easy task. In fact up until now there was only one farm in Australia that produced organic tomatoes able to be processed into products such as this one. Unfortunately that number became zero in 2022, and with the growing season Nov - March, we have been forced to supplement what organic Australian tomatoes we had on hand with a portion of imported organic tomato paste in this product. We aim to be back in stock of Australian organic tomato paste in 2023. Rest assured the product remains organic and of the highest quality.
