Veggie-Packed Bloody Mary Recipe
Although it’s not necessarily considered a party drink, we argue our Veggie-Packed Bloody Mary deserves to be pulled out while the celebrations are still raging on! In place of regular tomato juice, we use our rich Red Blend Juice, which is made with juice from organic tomatoes, carrots, celery, beetroot and kale that have been freshly harvested in season. It’s bright, refreshing and just a little bit spicy – for an alcohol-free version, skip the vodka to make a tasty Bloody Mary mocktail that’s suitable for all.

One large scoop of ice
90ml vodka (optional)
500ml of the Australian Organic Food Co. Red Blend Juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
20ml Worcestershire Sauce
3-6 dashes of Tabasco Sauce (or more if preferred)
A pinch of salt
A pinch of cracked black pepper
2 celery sticks, to serve
Green olive, to garnish
Lemon slice, to garnish
- Fill a large jug with ice then pour in the Red Blend Juice, lemon juice, and vodka, if using.
- Add salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco to taste. Stir until the mixture is combined and chilled.
- Top two tall highball glasses with ice and a stick of celery, then pour the drink into each glass. On a cocktail skewer place three green olives and a lemon slice and place on top of each drink.
