Summer Fruit Layered No Bake Dessert Recipe

Who doesn’t love a no bake dessert? This easy fridge set dessert made with the Australian Organic Food Co. Pear, Peach & Nectarine fruit puree is a simple and refreshing way to end any meal.

This recipe is perfect for entertaining and you can easily adapt it to suit your guests tastes by using a different fruit puree from the range. It’s also a great recipe to make with kids! They’ll have fun layering the biscuits, custard and cream in the serving bowls.

Summer Fruit Layered No Bake Dessert | Serves 4



200g savoiardi biscuits, cut to size
600ml fresh vanilla custard
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
300ml thickened cream, whipped



1. In a small bowl, mix together the vanilla custard, cinnamon powder and 3/4 of the Pear, Peach & Nectarine Fruit Puree.
2. Lay out four serving bowls and place the biscuits on the bottom of each one.
3. Spread a layer of the custard mixture over the biscuit.
4. Spread a layer of whipped cream over the custard mixture.
5. Repeat two or three times until the bowls are almost filled.
3. For the final layer, spread whipped cream and drizzle with the remaining fruit puree from the pouch. Swirl the cream and puree together on top.
4. Refrigerate for a few hours and enjoy!
